Gnarly Highway is the 2nd stage in Legend of the Eight Firstborn, and Lehcar and Scarlet's first stage.

The stage is inhabited by police and military troops and robots. It takes place downtown Ashland, West Virginia, along various highways and falling buildings. It consists of lots of destruction, mostly caused by Lehcar and Scarlet. At one point, Scarlet made a pathway leading up a building using her shurikens for the two of them to bounce up before they exploded. Afterwards, they ran down the falling building, avoiding GUN Beetles. At the stage's end, they were ambushed by a swarm of Big Foots, Hot Shots, and Flying Dogs, but Lehcar easily took them out with her lightning.
