Just Like Us is a one-shot written by Gamewizard2008, and the very first written one-shot for the Nextgen Series. Introducing cousins Chris Uno and Melody Jackson, who are engaged in 2-player for Sonic Adventure 2. Melody bests Chris again, and the two get in a fight about whose parents were better, as both were from deity royal families and both saved the world on numerous occasions. The two were about to get in a fight with their bending, until both kids' parents intervened, scolding them. When Rachel takes Chris away to practice with his brother, and Kade to practice Mel's jokes, Nigel and Eva discuss how their kids are just like them. The two shortly get in their own argument and start to fight, only to be scolded by their loved ones and kids.
